BAKER MILLER

LINCOLN SQUARE

Baker Miller is our first location and our flagship. It's the culmination of our journey and desire to be challenged as chefs. We serve brunch all day at this shop and most of our dishes are grain based. This location has numerous accolades including two nominations for James Beard Foundation Awards. It has become a community staple and proudly serves Classic American foods with touches of creativity and thoughtfulness.

STONE-MILL

& GRAIN LAB

This is where we start. Most of our grain based ingredients are tested and milled here. We use this location to do things like roll fresh oats that we use in our popular oatmeal or grind fresh flour used in our breads. It's piled high with pallets of grains that have been hand selected from farms all across the midwest and world. We also use this location to supply retail shops and some of the country's best restaurants with freshly milled goods.

RAVENSWOOD MANOR

This is our newest location next to the historic Francisco Brown Line. Food here is geared towards commuters and people looking for destination-worthy creative pastries. We serve savory breakfast sandwiches and fun sweets. Our doughboys, a baked-not-fried doughtnut spinoff, has become our house staple along with our sourdough cinnamon rolls. This location is an open kitchen bakery so you can see all the magic and experimentation happening.
