Bertie and Alvie Left their Dunker Village to open a restaurant in Athens, Illinois. Over a hundred years later, our search to source authentic heritage ingredients for our restaurant led us to open Baker Miller Flour Co.

We now stone-mill our own Organic non-GMO grains that have been grown in relationship with small farms.
