People have asked us for years how to make pasta with better flour. Well, here it is!

During this 2.5 hour cooking class, we will teach two different shapes of pasta (tortellini and pappardelle) and give you the chance to make your own pasta in a hands on style class. We will also teach you two different toppings and a tortellini filling that is sure to make you smile.

The class is followed by a tasty pasta dinner and a Q&A time.

This class is BYO and takes place in restaurant & kitchen with seating. We STRONGLY suggest you bring an alcoholic beverage of choice to enjoy during the class ;).
