These Yellow Corn Grits are stone-milled in small batches and grown on a small family farm.

They're made from Organic Non-GMO corn and milled in a way that decreases oxidation.

These Yellow Corn Grits are stone-milled in small batches and grown on a small family farm. They are grown to Organic standards in healthy soil full of nutrition. They are also non-GMO and grown separately from any GMO crops.

FLAVOR:
The terroir of this corn really shines through. It's sweet, buttery and vibrant just like like fresh corn. 

THE GRIND:
we use a stone mill to coarsely crack our whole corn and we blend it with slightly fine ground cork . This cracking and blending technique gives our grits a sturdy texture but also leaves them extra creamy. They're milled in small batches to keep them cool and to minimize oxidation which decreases aroma & flavor. 

STORAGE:
for best results, store in the freezer and use within 6 months. Otherwise, store in a cool dry place and try to use within 3 months.

COOKING:
recipes can be found on the "Recipes" section of our site. However, keep in mind- these are traditional grits and not "quick cooking." They take about 30 minutes but once cooked- they can last up to a week without getting too soggy.
